Exclusive final cleaning (once 40,- Euro) the final cleaning will be cancelled by booking more than 3 nights.

Sometimes things turn out differently as planned
We recommend you to take a insurance of Europäische Reiseversicherung in case of the need for cancellation.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 3 months prior to the agreed-upon arrival date, no cancellation charge will be applied.
From 3 months up to 1 month prior to arrival, we will assess a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the price.
From 1 month up to 1 week prior to arrival, we will assess a cancellation fee equivalent to 70% of the price.
In the event of cancellations later than one week prior to arrival, we will assess a cancellation fee equivalent to 90% of the price. Early deaparture or late arrival: ]in both cases we will charge the total price.
